No Equipment/Total Body Workouts


Too much to do and too little time to do it? Your workout is the first thing to go - right?!  We all have those days when the gym seems a little too far away or when we don't have time to make it to the gym and back.  Don't throw in the towel and give up on your workout just yet. On those days, we got you covered with a #sweatsesh that you can do from almost anywhere:
Full Body Workout
50 Jumping jacks
10 Burpees
40 Russian twists
10 Crunches
10 Lunges per leg
10 Lunge pulses per leg
10 Wide leg squats
30 Toe touches
30 Jumping jacks
10 Tricep dips
10 Squat jacks
10 Pushups
25 Bicycle crunches
50 Jumping jacks
1 Minute wall-sit
30 Vertical Jumps
Repeat 3x
Ab Workout
30 Crunches
20 Bicycle crunches
30 Toe touches
20 Reverse crunches
15 Side plank hip lifts right
30 Crunches
15 Side plank hip lifts left
40 Russian twists
30 Bicycle crunches
15 Oblique v-ups right side
20 Reverse crunches
15 Oblique v-ups left side
10 Leg lifts 
1 Minute plank
Neighborhood Workout
This workout can be done at a park, track, or around the neighborhood. You can download apps on your phone or smart watch to track your distance. For this workout, alternate between running and a bodyweight circuit:
--.5 Mile run (2 laps around the track)
*Bodyweight circuit*
--.38 Mile run (1.5 laps around the track)
*Bodyweight circuit*
--.25 Mile run (1 lap around the track)
*Bodyweight circuit*
--.13 Mile run (.5 lap around the track)
Bodyweight Circuit Options:
--25 Squats
--15 Pushups
--20 Lunges
--15 Tricep dips
--1 Minute plank
